Appointments are Monday - Friday, and the last Saturday of the month*. 30-minute advisor appointment discussion topics include long-term degree planning, program admission requirements, your academic standing, career goals, and registration restrictions. You may also discuss residency, VA Benefits, and financial aid appeals.
Schedule online by following these directions:
- Login to Blackboard, then click "Starfish" in the Tools box (If you have trouble logging in, try this direct link to access Starfish: https://cscc.starfishsolutions.com/starfish-ops)
- On the top left, click on the three bars beside "Starfish" for a drop-down menu, then click "My Success Network"
- Scroll to and click on Delaware Student Services Advising and click "Schedule Appointment". Choose an option for he options for "What do you need help with?", then click "Continue" on the bottom right side
- Choose a range of dates in the calendar on the left. That will produce a list of open appointment times. Select an Advisor/Date/Time combination. Click "Continue" and then "Confirm" on the bottom right side.

Through collaboration between Columbus State Community College and Syntero, Inc., Counseling Services is available at the Delaware campus. Students can access Counseling Services for a safe and confidential environment to explore personal concerns; efforts to increase life balance as established through satisfying relationships, improving academic performance, setting personal goals, gaining self-awareness and making effective and satisfying life choices. Our trained licensed mental health professional is able to provide you with help working through an array of mental health and substance abuse issues.
Counseling Services will no longer offer in-person sessions due to containment measures and will be utilizing tele-therapy instead. To make an appointment with Counselor, Shelbey Mitchell, call 614-715-4702. If you need to leave a message, provide your full name, Cougar ID number and phone number.

At the Learning Center, librarians can help you with research, searching databases, evaluating and citing sources, and borrowing books from the Columbus Campus Library or OhioLINK. Faculty members can have librarians give library instruction to their classes, or place items on closed reserve.
Reference books, select course textbooks, laptops, graphing calculators, headphones, anatomy models, and two study rooms are available for 2-hour checkout with photo ID.
The library partnership with the Delaware County District Library (DCDL), gives you access to a collection of DCDL books and DVDs. You can get a DCDL card at the Learning Center (with a photo ID), or browse eBooks and audiobooks on the OverDrive Media Station.
IT Frontliners give technology support, help with log-in and wireless issues, and assist with printing issues.
Order textbooks through the Bookstore website with free delivery to the Learning Center.
Student Ambassadors connect students to campus and community resources, provide peer support and advice, engage students, run our social media and assist with the campus cupboard.

All Delaware Campus tutoring will be conducted virtually throughout the summer semester; there will be no in-person tutoring. Delaware Campus tutors will be holding their normal tutoring hours remotely via the NetTutor platform.
NetTutor can be accessed through any course you are currently enrolled in (now or for an upcoming semester) by logging on to Blackboard.
