New Students & Orientation

As a new Columbus State student, we want to make sure you have everything you need for a successful transition into college. Once you've applied, New Student Programs can help you get ready for your first semester.

Next Steps for New Students

If you've already applied for admission and completed placement, your next step is to attend a New Student Program by completing either New Student Orientation or the two-step New Student Workshop. During these events, you'll register for your first classes, discuss financial aid options, learn about campus resources, and get ready to succeed in college.

You should complete the New Student Orientation!

Invitations to New Student Orientation will be sent to your student email address beginning in early October.
