Transfer Success Starts Here.
The office of Transfer Student Success fosters equitable transfer outcomes that support bachelor’s degree attainment and career success through informed decision-making, clear pathways, strong partnerships, and proactive support.
The Transfer Office offers students the opportunity to connect with university representatives to support informed transfer decisions. These representatives meet with Columbus State students to share information about their institution’s admissions process and are available on a walk-in basis, no appointment needed.
Students are encouraged to take advantage of these visits to explore transfer options, ask questions, and learn more about their intended transfer institutions. For the most up-to-date visit schedules, please refer to the calendars on the Meet With University Advisors page.
The Transfer Office offers events and workshops designed to provide students with the information, resources, and guidance needed to plan a successful transfer pathway. Check our Transfer Events page to stay up-to-date on upcoming opportunities.

Transfer Planning & Academic Support
Students are encouraged to explore transfer options early in their studies at Columbus State. Each degree-seeking student is assigned a specialized Pathway or General Academic Advisor who can provide guidance and support to help students achieve academic success. For questions about coursework, students should consult their advisor first.
