New Student In-person Drop-ins
To speak with a New Student Coach in person, visit the lower level of Madison Hall during the hours listed below. Drop-in meetings may be limited to 15 minutes. If you are seeking next steps to starting classes, review the Get Started Guide before visiting. Please have your Cougar ID number and questions ready before you come to campus. Please note: you may be referred to your recommended New Student Program prior to speaking with a New Student Coach.

Mondays: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Tuesdays: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Wednesdays: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Fridays: Closed
Appointments
You can speak with a New Student Coach through a scheduled appointment. Appointments are offered both in-person and over the phone. They are scheduled for 30 minutes. Please have your Cougar ID number and questions ready before scheduling an appointment.
