Your next step is to attend an ESL Next Steps Workshop. In this program, you will:

• Meet ESL faculty, your New Student Programs Team, and a financial aid expert from Student Central
• Receive your First Semester Course Recommendations
• Register for your first semester classes

Event Information

Things to do before scheduling your workshop:

1. You will need to set up a Handshake account using your Columbus State student email once you select a date. To Set Up your Handshake account, it will ask you a series of questions related to you career and work goals. You can find more information about setting up your Handshake account here. If you are unsure of your Columbus State email see number 3 on this list.

2. Prepare your finances by filing the FAFSA, applying for scholarships, and reviewing the tuition and fees page

3. Access your Columbus State Student Email Account.
