Academic Advising at Columbus State helps students develop their schedules and academic plans. Consult your advisor to determine what classes to take next to complete your degree in the shortest amount of time.

You will see advisors listed if you are a newly admitted or currently registered student. You will not see an advisor if you are:

Advising Central
Location: Aquinas Hall 116
Operating Hours
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Drop-In Hours (For quick questions, 10-15 minutes maximum)
Please note that advising may end earlier than the scheduled time if we reach our daily student capacity.
11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday – Friday (Last sign-in is at 1:45 p.m.)
4-7 p.m. Wednesday (Last sign-in is at 6:30 p.m.)

Transient / Guest Students
Help for students who are enrolled at another college but taking a class at Columbus State, or for students who are taking selected classes for personal interest but not seeking a degree.
