We’re upgrading to Workday.
Columbus State is in the process of upgrading from our former student information system (Self-Service / CougarWeb) to a new system: Workday. In Workday, students will register for courses, manage financial aid, update contact information, and so much more — all in a one-stop shop.

What Students Need to Know
- Workday is live! You can log in now and check out your next steps. Jump to: How to Log in to Workday.
- You'll use Workday to register for Autumn Semester classes. How to Register for Classes in Workday
- Financial Aid processing and tuition billing for Autumn Semester will open in Workday later this spring and summer.
- Summer Semester registration and tuition payment will still be in CougarWeb. Jump to: When will I use Workday?

How to Log In
If you are a new student or have forgotten your password, you will need to discover your username and set a password. Then follow these steps:
- Visit cscc.edu/workday
- Enter your Columbus State username and password.
- If prompted, use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to confirm your identity.
- You will now be logged in to Workday.

What Workday Does
Workday streamlines your life as a Columbus State student. Workday will help you:
- Register for classes in a few clicks.
- Stay organized with one convenient dashboard.
- Manage financial aid, set up payment plans, and make payments.
- Tell us how to get your name right with chosen name and pronunciation.
- Use the mobile app to view courses and more on the go.
- Set up appointments, get reminders, and so much more.
When will you use Workday?
Different functions will move to Workday as we progress through the upgrade. You may need to use two systems for a short period during the transition (April-August).
In general, activities related to the Spring and Summer 2026 semesters will happen in the old system (CougarWeb). Activities related to Autumn 2026 and beyond will happen in the new system (Workday).
