Get ready for Workday!
Columbus State is in the process of upgrading from our old student information system
(Self-Service / CougarWeb) to a new system: Workday! In the new system, students will
be able to register for courses, manage financial aid, update contact information,
and so much more – all in a one-stop shop.
Workday will be live for Student-related activities beginning in April, to prepare
for the Autumn 2026 term.
When You'll Use Workday
Students will start to use Workday in April, as they prepare for the Autumn 2026 semester.
Because the Summer 2026 semester (ending August 15) will be managed in the Colleague
/CougarWeb system and Fall 2026 registration is in Workday, students will be using
both systems from April DATE until the end of the summer term.
A general rule: For activities related to the Spring and Summer 2026 terms, students
will use CougarWeb, and will use Workday for activities related to Autumn 2026 and
beyond.
