The status of this document will be reflected as "submitted" on your student's Required Documents page in Financial Aid Self-Service within 24 hours. Please allow 10-15 business days for processing. Do not submit the form more than one time unless you are sent an additional request.

Any further updates to your student's financial aid application will be sent to their Columbus State @student.cscc.edu email account.
