Free self-defense classes continue

The Self Defense Training Program on the Columbus Campus is an empowering and proven successful program. It offers a variety of class opportunities to meet your personal schedule.  The program is taught by experienced instructors and combines fitness training and martial arts to prepare individuals for any scenario they may encounter.

Classes meet on Monday at 5 p.m., Thursday at 10 a.m., and Friday at noon. Each session is held in Delaware Hall 047 (inside the Police Department). Each session is FREE.
