Cleveland State University
Cleveland State is an Ohio public research university founded in 1964. It's urban residential campus is located on the east side of downtown Cleveland (about 2.5 hours northeast of Columbus). Cleveland State has over 17,000 students in 176 plus degree programs across 10 colleges including engineering, health sciences, nursing, and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Degree programs can be completed primarily on campus, but some are available online. Students are considered transfer students if they have completed any college level credit after graduation from high school. They have open enrollment to the university for students with cumulative college GPAs of 2.0 or higher.
