Financial Services Professional Apprenticeship
Program Overview
With leadership and support from Nationwide, the Financial Services Professional Apprenticeship (FSPA) Program is an opportunity for students to earn a high-quality, debt-free college degree from Columbus State Community College while working in a paid, part-time role with Nationwide. Over the course of six semesters, apprentices will earn their associate degree and gain hands-on experience in the financial industry.

- Approximately 1,900 hours of on-the-job training, mentorship, and work experience.
- $23 an hour average pay while an apprentice in the program.

Eligible academic programs include:
- Accounting AAS
- Business Office Administration- Administrative Assistant AAS
- Business Management AAS
- Finance AAS
- Marketing AAS
- Human Resources Management AAS

- Be legally able to work in the United States.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Be eligible to participate in Columbus Promise.
- Be a senior at Centennial, Northland, Linden McKinley, or Walnut Ridge high schools.
