Program Overview
With leadership and support from Nationwide, the Financial Services Professional Apprenticeship
is an opportunity for students to earn a high-quality, debt-free college degree from
Columbus State Community College while working in a paid, part-time role with Nationwide
Financial Services. Over the course of five semesters, apprentices will earn their
Associate Degree from Columbus State, gain hands-on experience in the financial industry,
and be mentored by a Nationwide employee to guide and advocate for them as they progress
through the program.

Program Benefits
You'll earn:
- An industry-recognized Associate of Applied Science degree
- Approximately 1,600 hours of on-the-job training, mentorship, and work experience
- $21 an hour average pay while an apprentice in the program
- Exclusive access to interviews for full-time opportunities upon program completion

Program Eligibility
Eligible academic programs include:
- Accounting AAS
- Business Office Administration- Administrative Assistant AAS
- Business Management AAS
- Finance AAS
- Marketing AAS
Other eligibility requirements:
- College-readiness status for Math, Writing, and Reading
- Ability to work in the United States
Tuition & Fees Assistance
Students selected as a part of the Financial Services Professional Apprenticeship
Program will also receive tuition and fees assistance from Nationwide as follows:
1st Semester: 100% Coverage
2nd Semester: 70% Coverage
3rd Semester: 65% Coverage
4th Semester: 60% Coverage
5th Semester: 60% Coverage
