Administrative Withdrawal Request

If there are documentable extenuating circumstances which prevented you from withdrawing by the deadline as designated by College policy, you may submit the Administrative Withdrawal Form. We recommend you discuss this decision with an Academic Advisor (Academic Advising) prior to submitting the form.  If you have received a grade of A, B, C, or S for the course, you are not eligible for an Administrative Withdrawal.

Your request will be reviewed by a Committee composed of representatives from CSCC faculty, administrators, and staff.  Their decision is final and will be communicated to you within 6 weeks of your submission and will be sent to your student.cscc.edu email address.
