Employee Parking FAQs
You can register up to two license plates using your Columbus State login credentials, from the Parking Portal.
Employees may park in any “Employee" lot.
Yes, but only if they have a premium parking pass or pay the hourly parking rate.
Any changes will be managed through your account accessible from cscc.edu/parking.
All parkers will need to park in a way that their license plates are viewable from the aisle. Note: Backing in or pulling through is prohibited unless you have front plates on your vehicle.

Visitors may park in any lot using the Parking.com app. Signs will be located in each of the lots that include information relevant to the lot instructing visitors how to register and pay for parking.
Any request for free or reserved parking must be approved by your President’s Cabinet member, initiated by completing the Parking Waiver Request form. Once approved, visitors will receive a promo code to enter when they register for parking using Parking.com.
There are two options for purchasing a Premium Parking Permit:
To pay with a credit card:
- Go to cscc.edu/parking
- Click on “I'm ready to register now”
- Log in using Single Sign On (SSO)
- On the left-hand side of the page, go to “PERMITS,” then “My Permits”
- Click on "New Permit"
- The option for “Premium Employee Semester Permit" will be available.
- Click “Create”
- Click the “unpaid” button to add to cart.
- From there, employees can proceed to check out as any other online order.
- Permits paid online are available immediately
To pay using cash:
- Go to cscc.edu/parking
- Click on “I'm ready to register now”ow”
- Log in using Single Sign On (SSO)
- go to “Permits.” then “My Vehicles”
- Either verify your vehicle information or click “Add new vehicle” to add vehicle. Click update.
- Go to the Cashiers office on the second floor of Rhodes Hall to pay with cash.
- Permits can take 24 to 48 hours to process and become active.
