Thank you for submitting a Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal Form. You may print this page as confirmation of the submission and keep for your records. Note: If you submitted a 150% SAP Appeal, it requires you to also contact your Academic Advisor to co-create an Academic Plan. Your Academic Advisor must submit the Plan on your behalf, indicating your required credit hours for degree completion.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing, after ALL documents are received, and do NOT submit the form more than one time, unless you receive an additional request. The appeal decision will be communicated to you via your CSCC student email and will also be viewable in the Financial Aid area of Cougarweb Self-Service. Incomplete appeals will be denied.
