Thank you for submitting a Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal (Failure to Meet Grade Point Average and/or Completion Rate) Form to Student Central, Financial Aid Advising.  Print this page as your confirmation of the submission and keep for your records.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.  Do NOT submit the form more than one time, unless you are sent an additional request.

We suggest you continue to check Financial Aid Self Service in CougarWeb to verify the status of your SAP Appeal.

Any further updates to your SAP Appeal will be sent to your Columbus State email account.
