Equipt Emergency Transportation Fund
While supplies last, currently enrolled Columbus State student are eligible to receive emergency transportation assistance in the form of a one-day bus pass or $15 gas card once per term. Support is available at the Columbus (downtown) & Delaware campuses as well as the Dublin & Westerville regional learning centers. SNAP to Skills
Students currently receiving SNAP benefits through Franklin, Delaware, Madison and Union may be eligible for SNAP to Skills.
The SNAP to Skills Program is designed to offer support to eligible SNAP recipients from Franklin, Delaware, Union, & Madison counties through the form of financial aid while attending college. Support may include: textbook expenses, gas cards, program supplies, uniforms, etc.

JFS is available to meet with currently enrolled Columbus State Students, in person or over the phone, to help them determine their eligibility for SNAP benefits.

offers origin-to-destination rides for people whose functional limitations prevent them from riding COTA’s fixed route buses.

- COTA bus passes may be purchased at Columbus State's Bookstore Customer Care Center with Financial Aid funds.
CoGo is Columbus' bike share system, with 80+ stations and 600+ bikes across the city. It’s a fun, affordable and convenient way to get around.
- CoGo For All is available to Columbus residents aged 18 and older receiving SNAP (WIC EBT and EBT), FAFSA, or a discounted utility bill.
Delaware County Transit transportation services currently include Demand Response and FLEX Route with Paratransit service for those individuals that have been certified. Other Services, including services for individuals with special needs, are available.
Car Repairs
Impact Community Action
Car Repair Assistance has a maximum benefit of $500. This assistance will be provided in the form of a voucher that is used to pay for auto repairs at an IMPACT-approved auto shop. Payment will be made once IMPACT receives proof that any outstanding balance beyond this amount has been paid.
