Disability Services Presentation Request form

Disability Services at Columbus State Community College recognizes disability as an aspect of diversity that is integral the Columbus State community, and to society at large. Because of this, we are pleased to offer presentations or other informational sessions by request. If you are interested in having someone from Disability Services present to your group, or attend an event you are hosting, please fill out the form below. We ask that you allow at least two (2) weeks advanced notice, to enable us to prepare and plan specifically for your needs.
