Evaluation & Assessment

The Data Analytics Technician Advancement project has developed a comprehensive evaluation and assessment plan in conjunction with the project’s external evaluator Raeal Moore, PhD, of Evaluation Data Solutions. The evaluation approach includes both formative and summative evaluation. Formative evaluation will focus on implementation and progress. The formative evaluation will track whether the project is being conducted as planned.  The summative evaluation will have two foci: 1) collaborate with the internal team to identify and align data to project objectives, and 2) conduct annual evaluation site visits, including conducting interviews with key stakeholders.
