Evaluation & Assessment

The evaluation will be twofold, examining (1) implementation of the project to provide feedback for continual improvement and (b) project outcomes to determine the extent to which project activities result in proposed outcomes and have the potential for broader impacts. The evaluation plan is aligned with the project logic model and seeks to address evaluation questions.

About Hezel Associates

The Reach for the Cloud project will be supported by an evaluation conducted by Hezel Associates, a nationally recognized research and evaluation company specializing in the study of education innovations. Hezel Associates Research Associate Sarah Singer, MPA, will lead the evaluation. Ms. Singer will supervise the evaluation over the grant period, overseeing the evaluation design and protocol. The nine-person evaluation team will support evaluation activities such as instrument development, data collection and analysis, and reporting. Hezel Associates has extensive experience evaluating NSF-funded projects.
