Deletion of previous student email accounts

On Monday, June 24, Columbus State will implement a new process establishing a timeframe for how long students are eligible to keep their accounts. Former students (after two years of non-enrollment) will no longer be eligible to retain or use their college account. Current students will not be impacted by this process until after they have not been enrolled for two years.

Accounts after the timeframe will be deleted. The deletion includes but is not limited to the login account, email account and messages, email contacts, local B drive storage, and cloud storage within the Office 365 collaboration environment (i.e., OneDrive and SharePoint). We recommend you use this time to transition over to another email service. Be sure to save any needed files or contacts prior to June 24.
