Franklin County Technology & Facilities Fee rebate request

In 2020, Franklin County voters approved Issue 21 to update and modernize Columbus State’s Franklin County facilities and technology infrastructure. As a result, Franklin County students who meet the following eligibility requirements will receive a $20 rebate of their Technology & Facilities Fee.

  • Be a resident of Franklin County, Ohio 
  • Completed between 4 and 14 credit hours during the semester  
  • Student or Financial Aid (not including an employer/agency sponsor) paid at least $20 of the Technology & Facilities Fee.   
  • Does not owe a balance at the time of application for the term being requested.
