Get involved in Columbus State clubs and organizations

Columbus State has a variety of Student Clubs, Organizations and Affiliations (COA) for students to get involved with. COA types range from recreational, academic, special interest, multicultural and many more to support the unique interests of students. Want to start a new COA? We can help! Start a new COA in three easy steps:

1.       Gather a group of peers who are interested in starting a new COA (three students minimum) and one Advisor (professional college employee);

a.       Need help with finding an advisor? We can help! Email coa@cscc.edu for assistance.

2.       Submit a new COA registration form on CougarConnect here;

3.       Begin offering your COA to the larger college!

The Black Student Union aims to help students strive for success by building unity and encouraging collaboration while connecting students to campus and community resources. Membership is open to all CSCC students who want to enjoy the Black student college experience at Columbus State Community College. The first kick-off meeting will be Wednesday February 20 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. in Columbus Hall 111.

International Student Association - Visit us on CougarConnect here

The ISA's mission is to provide out-of-classroom learning experiences through field trips, cultural events, and various other social events.  We are made up of Columbus State students and staff from the U.S. and over 110 countries from around the world. Come check us out if you want the chance to meet other students from countries all over the world and gain leadership skills. Meetings are Tuesday's 1-2 p.m. in Nestor Hall 225.

Anime Club - Visit us on CougarConnect here

The Anime Club is a space to gather together students who are interested in anime or manga and possibly attend conventions. Join us on Wednesday's at 5 p.m. in Nestor Hall 012.
