Conversations That Matter: Fresh Market

Service-Learning is hosting a “Conversations That Matter” open forum to discuss the Fresh Market, coming to Columbus State in autumn 2019. The Fresh Market will be a new on-campus market to provide free fresh food to those at Columbus State and in the community experiencing food insecurity. Food insecurity is defined as the state of being without reliable access to a sufficient quantity of affordable nutritious food.

Students, faculty, and staff, your voice is an important part of this initiative!

Join us on Friday, February 22 from 1:30-3:00 p.m. in Franklin Hall 104 to discuss how we can make this a resource that will help our community succeed, how you would envision it and what ways you can help.
