Student News | Monday, October 7, 2019

Accessibility Services is sponsoring events in October for faculty, staff, and students to recognize Disability Awareness month.

A few highlights include:

* Free one-hour introductory American Sign Language classes at the Delaware and Columbus campuses are underway. Register here.

* Helen Baker, specialist in Accessibility Services, will host “There’s an App for That!” It will be held on Thursday, October 10 at noon and 12:30 p.m. in the Moeller Hall Student Lounge. Faculty, staff, and students are invited to learn about apps and websites, helping students with disabilities overcome challenges, improve skills, and develop habits leading to academic success.
