College Recreation & Wellness
Columbus State Community College offers a wide variety of courses at convenient times throughout the year to aid in the development of our community. Keeping with that theme The Department of College Recreation and Wellness offers free use of the campus fitness centers at both the Columbus Campus and Delaware campus. We also offer fitness classes, personal training, and more to all faculty, staff, and students of Columbus State at little to no cost. We encourage the use of our facilities and classes to help promote a healthier lifestyle. A current CSCC ID is required for all activities.

Mind and Body Recreation Classes
We offer free Mind and Body Recreation classes to Columbus State students, faculty and staff! Offerings include:
- Hatha Yoga
- Yoga Flow
- Mat Pilates
New! Cougar Conditioning Classes
For a fee, you can participate in these small group trainings (6-8 people) as long as you are a current student, faculty member, or staff member. Classes include:
- HIIT Training
- Functional Training
- Outdoor Recreation
Columbus State's fitness center and locker rooms are located in the basement of Delaware Hall (DE). The center is free to current CSCC employees and students. Features include free weights, treadmills and elliptical machines, mats and other exercise equipment.
The Recreation and Wellness Conditioning Center provides Columbus State students, employees, and the Columbus community with low-cost personal training.
The CRW mission is to promote health and wellness by building a cohesive campus community, to further academic success through healthy lifestyle changes.
