The Dublin Center (DB) opened in 1979 off of Shamrock Ct. In 2015, Ohio University and Columbus State entered into a partnership agreement to move the facility to the Integrated Education Center located on Ohio University's Dublin Campus. This facility has the capacity to serve over 2,000 enrolled students per semester.

Advising appointments are scheduled for 30-minutes. Discussion topics may include: major selection, course recommendations, long-term degree planning, program admission requirements, academic standing, financial aid, and registration questions.

Columbus State’s Dublin Regional Learning Center (housed on the third floor of the Ohio University Dublin Integrated Education Building) is located on the southeast corner of the Post Road and Industrial Parkway roundabout. Parking for the CSCC Dublin Center is located by turning onto University Blvd.

Virtual tutoring through NetTutor is available for Writing and Mathematics 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and for other subjects at various times throughout the week, including, in many subjects, evenings and weekends. Students can meet live with a tutor or submit a question and receive an answer after a short waiting period.
To access NetTutor, log in to Blackboard, select "Tools" from the menu on the left of the screen, and choose "Tutoring: Virtual (NetTutor)."
