Goodwill Columbus hosted its annual Stepping Up Ceremony to honor participants who have successfully completed career programs. This year, seven participants in the Columbus State/Goodwill Nurse Aide Certificate (STNA) scholarship program were recognized. All seven students have been successfully placed in career-track jobs with a local rehabilitation center.
The Columbus State/Goodwill STNA scholarship program offers participants the ability to complete Columbus State’s STNA program free of charge. Students also participate in a two-week intensive career readiness boot camp prior to beginning the STNA class, and receive wraparound career placement services through Goodwill.
