Workday: Your New Student System
We’ve upgraded to Workday.
Columbus State upgraded from our former student information system (Self-Service / CougarWeb) to a new system: Workday. In Workday, students can register for courses, manage financial aid, update contact information, and so much more — all in a one-stop shop.

How to Log In
If you are a new student or have forgotten your password, you will need to discover your username and set a password. Then follow these steps:
- Visit cscc.edu/workday
- Enter your Columbus State username and password.
- If prompted, use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to confirm your identity.
- You will now be logged in to Workday.
