Registration for Summer Semester is open! Summer Semester starts June 1, so now is the time to begin planning your course schedule. Students who plan ahead, stay ahead by getting first pick at their ideal classes.

Log in to CougarWeb to start building your schedule. Use the “Course Search” function to find and select courses. Once you’ve added courses to your schedule builder, make sure to click “Register Now.”

I want to register for Autumn Semester.
Mark your calendar: Autumn Semester registration opens April 20. But you won’t be logging in to CougarWeb. Autumn registration will take place in our new student information system Workday.

Not sure which classes to register for? Don’t worry, we can help. Find your Academic Advisor for guidance on choosing a major and the classes you need to graduate.
If you are currently enrolled at another college or university, you can take courses at Columbus State and transfer them back to your home institution. It's a great way to save money and graduate faster. Learn more about transient and guest students.
You may have a hold on your account. Get one-on-one assistance from Student Central. They have in-person and virtual support options and can help you take the steps you need to be ready to register.
You can use financial aid for the Summer Semester. Make sure you fill out your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Here’s information on how to submit your FAFSA. If you need help, contact our Financial Aid department.
We get it – it can be hard to focus on school when you’re juggling other responsibilities. But you may be able to access resources to ease the burden. Our Student Advocacy Center can help you with basic needs like housing, food, childcare, transportation, and technology.
