Enter art or video submissions for the annual Delaware Days

All Columbus State Students are invited to celebrate Columbus State’s Delaware Campus by submitting art or video.

Art Competition
To celebrate Delaware Days 2021 and the 10th anniversary of the Delaware Campus, we’re going to have a Delaware Campus and college life-themed virtual art competition. Organizers are asking for art submissions from you. The entry can be any medium such as a drawing, painting, film, sculpture, mixed media, photography. However, the theme of your art should relate to the Delaware Campus or college life. All submissions will be uploaded into an online art gallery on April 19, where the campus community can view them and vote on their favorites. The winner will be chosen on Monday, April 26, and awarded a $200 Visa gift card. All artists will receive a $20 Columbus State Bookstore gift card for participation.  Please fill out this form and include your submission by Friday, April 9. 

Video Showcase
We are also creating an online student video showcase for Delaware Days 2021. Do you have advice for first-year students? Play an instrument? Have a favorite passage from a book? If so, then submit a video about your unique interest. Your videos will be loaded into an online gallery for browsing by the campus community. Your challenge, should you choose to accept, is to make a video no more than three minutes in length (or 1GB in size). All submitters will receive a $20 gift card for the Columbus State Bookstore for participation. Please fill out this form with your video by Friday, April 9.

Not a big creator? No worries, all participants (voters, watchers, players) in Delaware Days activities the week of April 19 will receive a free t-shirt! A form will be sent to you on Monday, April 26. If you have any questions, please email delaware@cscc.edu.
