Columbus State offering free personal counseling services for students

College is a time of new experiences and building for your future. It can also be a time of high stress when mental health and wellness issues arise or manifest. In fact, a majority of college students report experiencing frequent high stress, anxiety, and even depression. Especially in this time of COVID-19 changes and uncertainty, these instances are on the rise.

Reaching out to find effective ways of coping with situations and circumstances that trigger stress or other issues is a vital step to keeping yourself healthy and on track to your goals. Columbus State offers free counseling services to current students, including virtual options that can be accessed anywhere.
