The Department of College Recreation and Wellness (CRW) has weekly virtual personal training sessions available. They are focused on student health and wellness goals to elevate your academic success.

Certified personal trainers will build individualized fitness and wellness plans taking into consideration the many obstacles in your life to assist you during your academic journey amid a pandemic.
