Columbus State is committed to supporting a safe, healthy and productive learning environment. In conjunction with the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE), we are asking for your voluntary participation in a short survey to help guide our efforts to better understand perceptions of the climate at Columbus State and also to better respond to and prevent sexual misconduct.

You will find more details and a link to the survey in your student email account. Your responses are completely anonymous and will be reported only after they are grouped with the responses of many others.
