The CSCC Self Defense program is an all-inclusive program designed to build confidence, instill discipline and
reduce bullying through marital arts and fitness training. The program is a collaboration
between the CSCC College Recreation and Wellness and CSCC Police Department offering
a positive, team oriented environment.
The classes will be offered in the Police Department Training Room, Delaware Hall
047. It is open and FREE to all students, staff, and faculty of CSCC. More information

Spring 2019 Recreation Classes:
All classes are FREE to CSCC students with a current Cougar ID. Spots in recreation
classes are for students first, then staff/faculty. All classes are located in Delaware
Hall 158. All classes will run from the second week of the semester to the last week
of the semester with no classes being held during finals week.

Open Gyms / Intramurals
Located in the Delaware Hall Gymnasium
Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
The schedule for open gym activities changes weekly. Check the bulletin board outside
of the gymnasium or stop in during open gym hours and ask to see what activities will
be held each day. Cougar ID is required!
