Recreation Classes and Cougar Conditioning Classes
Spring 2020 Recreation Classes:
All classes are FREE to CSCC students with a current Cougar ID. Spots in recreation classes are for students first, then staff/faculty. All classes are located in Delaware Hall 158. All classes will run from the second week of the semester to the last week of the semester with no classes being held during finals week.

We encourage all participants to bring their own yoga mat for classes that require the use of a mat or being on the floor.
Spring 2020 Cougar Conditioning Classes
For a fee, we are offering Cougar Conditioning Classes that are small group (6-8 people) training sessions. These classes are designed to help you learn and push your limits while using both unconventional and traditional methods of fitness. All fitness levels are welcome, however some classes are designed for different fitness levels. Click on the class schedule link below for details about each class. All classes will last 45 minutes and will meet in the Conditioning Center- DE 083.
Cougar Conditioning Class pass: Before purchasing the Cougar Conditioning Class pass, you must complete a fitness assessment packet. Download the Assessment Packet and bring it to the Conditioning Center- DE 083, or stop in and fill one out, to receive your pay sheet. Your first class is free but you must pay for a class pass before attending any other classes.
Students: $40 per semester. Staff/Faculty/Community: $120 per semester.
