Fee Payment Deadline

You can access Workday to pay fees until Monday, September 14, at 11:00 p.m.
All students who have not paid all fees by the payment deadline are subject to having their entire schedule dropped. Courses that are not paid in full will be dropped for non-payment on Tuesday, September 15.

Payment cut off times are as follows:
- Monday, September 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. - Columbus Campus, Madison Hall Drop Box (no cash)
- Monday, September 14, 2026 at 11:00 p.m. - Workday
- Monday, September 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. - Delaware Campus, Moeller Hall Drop Box (no cash)
- Monday, September 14, 2026 at 10:00 p.m. - Payment Plans
Delaware Campus
All students who have not paid all fees by the payment deadline are subject to having their entire schedule dropped.
- The Delaware Campus will be open for extended hours on Monday, September 14, 2026 only, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- The Delaware Campus Cashier's Drop Box is available in Moeller Hall (cash is not accepted).

Students won't be dropped if:
- They have accepted their financial aid offer, are in good academic standing, and have anticipated aid showing.
- They have uploaded their employer's tuition-payment voucher.
- They are a CCP student or a military veteran confirmed to have VA benefits.
- Have a consortium agreement on file with the college.
*A 2.85% service fee will be charged for credit/debit card payments.
