Fee Payment Deadline

You can access CougarWeb to pay fees until Wednesday, May 21, at 11:00 p.m.

All students who have not paid all fees by the payment deadline are subject to having their entire schedule dropped. Courses that are not paid in full will be dropped for non-payment on Thursday, May 22, at 12:01 a.m.

Payment cut off times are as follows:

  • Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. - Columbus Campus, Madison Hall Drop Box (no cash)
  • Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. - Delaware Campus, Moeller Hall Drop Box (no cash)
  • Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 11:00 p.m. - Self-Service

Delaware Campus

All students who have not paid all fees by the payment deadline are subject to having their entire schedule dropped.

  • The Delaware Campus Cashier's Drop Box is available in Moeller Hall (cash is not accepted). 

 

*A 2.25% service fee will be charged for credit/debit card payments.
