Campus Map
The Transfer Fair will be held in Nestor Hall on its first floor. Nestor Hall has two entrances- one on the back left hand side and the other in the middle front of the building. Nestor Hall is building “NH” on the printable campus map.
Parking
You will be sent a parking pass via email once your registration is confirmed. This parking pass will enable you to park in certain student or staff parking lots, but not at the visitor parking meters. Please place the pass in your front car window along the dashboard. Unfortunately, due to our urban location, parking is at a premium on our Columbus Campus and we are unable to reserve a large number of spots close to the fair. Depending on when you arrive on campus, you may need to park further away from Nestor Hall than desired. The best locations to park that should have space available near Nestor Hall are the lots east of our Parking Garage and the Parking Garage itself. Please allow yourself enough time to search for parking and get set up for the fair.
Set-Up
You may come to campus as early as you wish. Set-up will begin at 10 AM. When you arrive, you will be greeted by a representative and shown to your table.
Food at the Fair
Upon arrival, you will be given a small bag with snacks, bottled water, and other treats. Additional bottled water will be available at the check-in station throughout the event for representatives. Columbus State has several food options on campus should you wish to eat or drink prior, during, or after the fair, including a bakery/pastry bar and a full-service restaurant (pending completion) in our new Mitchell Hall. Several restaurants do deliver to campus, including Jimmy John’s and Donatos Pizza. Here are links to the various options on campus:
