Registration opened in mid-July and will conclude on Tuesday, October 14 or when the available spaces are filled- whichever comes first. Representatives may register at the link below:

Campus Map
The Transfer Fair will be held in the Event Center in Mitchell Hall on the second floor. Mitchell Hall has two entrances- one located on the east side toward campus and campus parking and the other is facing Cleveland Avenue on the west. See the building location noted as MH on the printable campus map.
Parking
Columbus State visitors must pay to park and can do so in any open, non-reserved space in any lot (student or employee), with the addition of a disability license plate and/or placard requirement to use an accessible space. Visitors should follow signage directions to pay for hourly parking as needed, and park pulling in with rear license plate facing out. Visitors will pay $2 per/hour for the first hour and $1 per hour for each hour after. There will be a maximum of $12.00/day. Visitors may register their license plates and pay for parking by using the Parking.com app or any of the methods available on the lot signage (website, QR code). Please reserve enough time to arrive on campus and purchase a parking spot prior to the fair. An expert tip is to use the parking garage as the lot. The lot that was adjacent to Mitchell Hall was permanently closed this fall as construction on a new building will begin on that space. Spots can be found easily in the garage most days and times and the garage is fairly accessible to Mitchell There isn’t a parking attendant in the garage, so you will still pay by app or online. Should there be anyone “monitoring” a lot when you arrive, please let them know you are campus visitor.
Set-Up
You may come to campus as early as you wish. Set-up will begin at 10 AM. When you arrive, you will be greeted by a representative and shown to your table.
Food at the Fair
Columbus State has several food options on campus should you wish to eat or drink prior, during, or after the fair, including a bakery/pastry bar and a full-service restaurant (both offer to-go ordering) in new Mitchell Hall. Subway is located across Cleveland Ave. in the College Bookstore (The DX)
