Pay Gap Conversation

On Thursday, March 29, Columbus State hosted Women in Business: Addressing Pay Equity as part of the Courageous Conversations Women’s Voices series. Attendees heard from a panel of influential women on how we can close the wage gap, and had the opportunity to get a free professional headshot with styling support from Dress for Success.

The next Courageous Conversations event takes place on Tuesday, April 17. Women Leaders and the Role of a Mentor will focus on how women can help other women grow and succeed. Dr. Rebecca Butler, Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Services, will moderate a panel discussion of women leaders as they share their perspectives on mentorship. Afterward, panelists will join the audience for small group conversations and networking.
