Return Policy 

The Columbus State Bookstore will process a return on items in original condition with a receipt, if returned within 14 days after the term starts. Purchases made after this period must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

• Returns will be made in the original form of payment on the receipt. Credit/debit card refunds typically post within 3-10 business days (excludes weekend and holidays) and Financial Aid and Voucher refunds post immediately.
• Opened or used merchandise, accidental warranty plans, COTA bus passes, gift cards, and stamps are NON-RETURNABLE.
• Exposed access codes sold separately or included with a book are not eligible to return, and anything shrink-wrapped must be unopened.
• Defective products that offer a product warranty must be resolved with the manufacturer.

Website orders may be returned in-person or shipped at your expense to the Columbus State Bookstore on Main Campus. Shipped items that do not qualify for a refund, per our policy, will be shipped back to you and not refunded.
