Grant programs provide funding to students that does not have to be repaid.
***The award notification assumes full-time enrollment at CSCC. Awards may be cancelled
or reduced if enrollment drops below full-time at any point in a semester. Refer to
this Enrollment Chart for the specific enrollment requirements of most common financial aid programs.
Federal Pell Grant
Eligibility is based on the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) calculated from filing
Pell Lifetime Eligibility Used (Pell LEU) is below the lifetime limit.
The maximum annual award for the 2019-20 award year (Autumn 2019 through Summer 2020)
The maximum annual award for the 2020-21 award year (Autumn 2020 through Summer 2021)
Enrollment required: A minimum of 12 financial aid eligible credit hours each semester is required to
receive full eligibility, with pro-rated awards given to students with less than 12
credit hours. See "Awards for Less Than Full Time" for details.
Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)
A federal grant for students with exceptional financial need
Funds are awarded on a first come, first served basis
