Are you looking for a break in your day to engage with others and embrace some physical activity to enhance your own wellbeing? Look no further than the College Recreation and Wellness Cougar Thrive classes.
They offer a variety of free options to connect with your mind, body, and spirit.
Yoga: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at noon in Delaware Hall, room 158
Meditation: Monday at 12:45 p.m. in Delaware Hall, room 158
Cardio kickboxing: Monday and Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Delaware Hall, room 075
Brain Break: Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. in the Library Media Studio, Columbus Hall 111. (Also available virtually on the Cougar Thrive webpage)
