Register for Orientation

Welcome to Columbus State! It's time to start your college journey by participating in your New Student Orientation! 

At New Student Orientation, you will:

• Learn how to register for classes and leave with your first semester schedule.
• Discover Columbus State's academic and personal support services.
• Learn how to manage the responsibilities of college (e.g., academic expectations, financial obligations, personal development).
• Explore opportunities to get involved in student clubs and organizations.

Register Online

This summer, New Student Orientation will be primarily in-person on both the Columbus and Delaware campuses beginning in June through August. Students should register for New Student Orientation at the campus where they plan on taking the majority of their classes. If you are unable to attend one of the New Student Orientation events listed, or if you have questions, please email orientation@cscc.edu. More dates will be posted as the summer progresses. 

Event Accommodations

If you require ASL interpreting or other accommodations to participate in orientation, please complete this form to request accommodations through our Department of Accessibility and Testing Services.

If you wish to register for a Live Online date, please be advised that broadband internet and a dedicated device (such as a laptop) are required for the best experience. It is not recommended to participate via a smartphone. Please email orientation@cscc.edu if you are in need of other accomodations or options.
