This interactive workshop introduces practical ways to identify, hire for, and develop
soft skills across your organization.
In today’s workplace, technical expertise might open the door, but soft skills are
what drive long-term success. From communication and empathy to teamwork and coaching,
these human-centered abilities shape culture, performance, and retention.
As part of this session, we’ll also give you a behind-the-scenes look at the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at Columbus State Community College. You’ll experience the teaching style, explore key program benefits, and learn how participating business owners have used these strategies to grow their companies.
