Rights, Options and Available Services for the Complainant
If a person reports to the College that they have experienced sexual assault, domestic
violence, dating violence and/or sex or gender-based stalking, they will be provided
with the following notice of their rights, options and available services:

assault, domestic violence, dating violence and/or sex or gender-based stalking
Rights, Options and Available Services for the Respondent
If the respondent accused of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and/or
sex or gender-based stalking is affiliated with the College, the Title IX Coordinator
or designee will inform the respondent of their rights when they are notified of the
investigation.
