President announces esteemed awards

President Harrison announced recepients of the Distinguished Teacher Award and the Distinguished Full Professor Award on Aug. 23.

Distinguished Teacher Award: Katherine Hammond, Humanities instructor with nearly three years of service; Ron Elizaga, Psychology & Education professor with nearly 14 years of service; Angela Howard, Biological & Physical Sciences associate professor with 12 years of service; and Nick Shay, Mathematics associate professor with five years of service.

Distinguished Full Professor Award: Adam Keller, Biological & Physical Sciences professor with nearly 18 years of service; Gene Strickland, Digital Art, Media & Design professor with 25 years of service; Jeff Bates, Design, Construction & Trades professor with nearly 29 years of service; and Charla Fraley, Business & Paralegal Programs professor with 26 years of service.
