New Board of Trustees student ex-officio announced

Student Affairs and the Office of the President have announced that D’Tron Driessen will serve as the 2023-24 student ex-officio on the Columbus State Board of Trustees. He will attend scheduled board meetings and represent the voice of students. 

Driessen is a Student Ambassador through the Student Engagement & Inclusion Office, a Columbus Promise Scholar, and a participant in multiple recognized student groups, including D.R.A.M.A. Club, an arts-focused club he founded. He is majoring in Theater and has plans to transfer to a four-year university to complete a dual major in Theater and Music Education.
