Autumn culinary dining experience set for Oct. 19

The Culinary Apprenticeship Dinner is a student-led fundraising event featuring a seven-course menu inspired by the flavors of autumn. There is a limit of 45 general admission dinner tickets for $80 each. Optional wine pairings include four glasses of wine for an additional $40. Fifteen VIP tickets are available for $100 each. The VIP experience includes a kitchen tour, a serving of exclusive canapes, and a glass of sparkling wine to start the evening.

The dinner will be held on Thursday, Oct. 19 at 6 p.m. at Degrees restaurant in Mitchell Hall.
