Be Well, Stay Well sessions scheduled

“Be Well, Stay Well" is a new monthly seminar series from the Department of College Recreation and Wellness to kick off in-person services. (A virtual option is also available.)

The sessions will focus on positive behavior changes for personal wellbeing. You are invited to join in room 080 in the lower level of Delaware Hall. The sessions will also be recorded for Columbus State’s CRW YouTube page.

Wednesday, February 9, 12:30 p.m.: Ways to Own Your Health

Wednesday, March 9, 2:30 p.m.: Immune Boosting Vitamins & Foods

Wednesday, April 13, 12:30 p.m.: Making Food Work for You, Not Against You
