Blackboard virtual drop-in labs

Students needing assistance in learning Blackboard, Information Technology (IT) will have resources and support available. In addition, Blackboard virtual drop-in labs are available for students needing individualized help navigating Blackboard. The drop-in sessions will be held online in Zoom.
Students should register in advance but can join anytime during the chosen session. Individual questions will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Available drop-in hours
- Tuesday, January 18 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, January 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Thursday, January 20 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Friday, January 21- 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Monday, January 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

There are also a variety of online resources available to students for Blackboard,
including the interactive Blackboard orientation and the Blackboard Crash Course.
