Student News | Friday, November 15, 2019

In honor of International Education Week November 18-22, we invite you to attend two different events taking place at two campus locations on November 20 and 21.

Celebrate diversity at the College by stopping by the Dublin Cultural Extravaganza! It will be held on Wednesday, November 20 from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Dublin Regional Learning Center, 6805 Bobcat Way Dublin. If you have questions, contact Averee Fields, coordinator for Student Engagement and Leadership.

Another Cultural Extravaganza will take place on Thursday, November 21 from noon-2 p.m. on the Columbus Campus in WD 414. The event will feature music, food, clothing, and other displays that represent some of the many different cultures found here at Columbus State. Contact Brett Welsh, director of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Center.

Both events will feature music, snacks, clothing, and displays that represent some of the many different cultures found at Columbus State. They are free and open to students, faculty, staff, and the public.

International Education Week (IEW) is an effort to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide.
