Career Services Externship Program

Registration is now open to sign up for a Spring Externship.

The Career Services Externship Program provides an opportunity for students to meet with up to two professionals in career fields of interest for a one-time informational interview or job shadow. Both of these experiences can assist you in confirming your major and planning for your career.

What is required of a Student Extern?

• Complete the Student Externship Registration Form (see link below)

• Attend an orientation session to review program information in February (a coordinator will contact participants regarding the date and time)

• Commit to meet with assigned Extern Host (or hosts) one time within spring semester

Note: Host matching is on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. All students who register will be informed whether they’ve been matched along with next steps.
