One of Military Times' Best Colleges

 Military Times recently announced its Military Times Best: Colleges 2018 rankings, formerly known as Best for Vets. Columbus State ranked number 10 in career and technical colleges.

In their eighth year, the rankings factor in the results of Military Times’ annual survey, the most comprehensive school-by-school assessment of veteran and military student services and rates of academic achievement.

The magazine evaluated colleges based on survey responses and also used data from the federal Education, Defense and Veterans Affairs departments to determine how schools stacked up across five categories: university culture, academic quality and outcomes, policies, student support, and cost and financial aid.

Columbus State serves more than 1,000 veterans, and our Military & Veterans Services is located in Delaware Hall. MVS staffers pride themselves on providing exemplary service to our veterans, helping them apply for benefits or just giving them a chance to talk with fellow vets.
